Meet Toni Sikkema
Founder and healthcare services professional Toni Sikkema is an experienced Director of Operations with 15 years’ demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry. Among her most notable skills is her experience in directing multiple locations with 50+ team members. Toni has a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Toni spent most of her childhood in Wyoming, just outside of Yellowstone National Park, and relocated to Florida in 2019. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, loves being at the beach, and looks forward to traveling and exploring new places.
